Technical Specialist (Ref:STL-T01)

Job Description :

We are looking for our Turkish Office for a Technical Specialist who will provide pre-sales and after sales technical support to our resellers. The support will be done on the Telecommunication and security technologies we distribute as VoIP Media Gateways, GSM Gateways,Security Softwares, Archiving Softwares,etc….

As part of our Global Technical Team, you will have to collaborate with our French and Italian support team to assist them on specific issues

Qualifications :

This position would suit an engineer with a good experience of Networks (LAN, WAN, Routers, IP, NAT…), and a technical knowledge of Microsoft Products (Exchange, Proxy, Server etc..).
Dynamic, structured and a good communicator, you have the presence and the presentation skills to work with internal teams, external partners, and customers as needed. Fluent English is essential and a knowledge of French or Italian would be a significant plus.

Typical roles include:

– On site services : installation, training, maintenance
– Technical seminars: both the preparation and presentation of the programs
– Translation of technical documents ( datasheets, technical press releases)
– Post-sales telephone support
